Event planning criteria we DO want you to think about
Your marquee hire should be planned around various factors like:
- How many guests you have invited
This determines the overall marquee space - we can provide marquees big enough to host 1000 guests!
- How much dancing you want there to be
If you love to twirl, hire marquee flooring too - you can choose subtle maple flooring or a traditional checkered dance floor.
Bringing a band? Maybe you want them on a stage with special lighting, or tucked discretely in one corner of the marquee.
- How many areas you want to have
How much space do you want covered, what exposed outdoor areas will be used, will you have sheltered entrance ways, do you need catering space under cover...
- How much seating you want
Are tables round, trestle, do you want casual 'lounge' areas with couches, or do you just want rows of seats?
- Is your priority discretion and luxury, or the natural surroundings and modern style?
Our hire marquees can be completely clear, or completely white. We can add silk lining throughout, or strategically on certain areas.
- How bright do you want your light?
Strobe lights or fairy lights? Illuminated garden paths or dance floor disco balls? Pools of light or a ceiling strung with hundreds of lights? Do you demand a chandelier for ultimate lighting kudos?

Tables, chairs, linen, cutlery, even power and portable loos can be arranged by our team for your event. One supplier; less hassle!
Things you shouldn't have to think about
- Will my guests get wet?
No! With a hire marquee your guests will be dry and comfortable. The sides of our marquees can be tied up, be erected with partially open sides, or have all side panels fastened down at your request, to create fully weatherproof spaces for your guests to enjoy themselves.
- Will the wind make us cold?
No! Our marquees can withstand winds up to 100 knots per hour. This is the difference between cheaply made marquees and high quality robust marquees.
- Will the marquee be installed properly?
Yes! Our team are sitesafe certified and highly competent. They will arrive on time, set the marquee up securely, and be on site to take it away again at the arranged date.
